Scholarship Program
Summit established the Scholarship Program to assist individuals and families who would not be able to obtain treatment
without financial assistance. Contributions to our Scholarship Program go directly to assist qualified applicants fund all or part of their cost of treatment.
We will be accepting scholarship applications later in the year.
